Personal Thoughts
This property was actually thrown on me out of the blue, I was nervous and excited to get the opportunity to tackle another high priced listing. I already knew the vibe I was going to go for going into it, but I was open and able to take thoughts from the listing agent. Ultimately this turned out to be my best listing video to date!
Hindsight
Ofcourse I wish I had more time to plan this one! It's a great video, but it would have been even better if I knew what I wanted and needed going into it.
